This week, we’re honored to talk with jazz vocalist and composer, Lorraine Feather. She comes from a family that is well known in the world of jazz. Her dad was Leonard Feather, the esteemed critic and composer, and her Mom was Jane Feather, a big band vocalist among other things. During this interview, Lorraine shares the story of how Leonard proposed to Jane on their first date. You’ll also hear about their family’s close relationship with Duke Ellington.
